Find a bin, this one is a 38 L Rubbermaid “tote”, 24”x16”x9”.  Drill air holes along the top of the bin and the lid. (not pictured with holes)

Shred and wet newspaper, wring out extra liquid and fluff up.

Find about 400ml (1 lb) of red composting worms.

Freeze then thaw ½ L of organic waste (veg. Scraps).

Add worm worms and food to bin.

Cover your worms with newspaper bedding, you’re done. Worms need lots of air so make sure to drill holes in the bin.
